The short version. Your recordings stay on your phone. We never receive them. If you switch on backup, they go to a cloud account that belongs to you. What the app keeps on your phoneऐप आपके फ़ोन में क्या रखता है
- Video and, if you allow it, audio of your journeys.आपकी यात्राओं का वीडियो और, आपकी अनुमति हो तो, ऑडियो।
- Location, speed and movement readings recorded alongside each clip.हर क्लिप के साथ दर्ज लोकेशन, गति और गति-संवेदक की रीडिंग।

All of this is held in the app's own storage area on the phone. Testing builds collect moreपरीक्षण बिल्ड ज़्यादा जुटाते हैं
Builds given out for testing, before the app reaches Google Play, also send the app's own log and copies of recorded clips to a private repository, so faults can be found. Those copies carry the time, date, speed and coordinates stamped into the picture. A testing build says so in Settings, under Diagnostics. If you are not testing for us, you do not have one of those builds, and nothing in this paragraph applies to you. Backup to your own cloudआपके अपने क्लाउड में बैकअप
If you connect Google Drive or OneDrive, the app asks for the narrowest permission each one offers: it can reach only the files it created itself, never the rest of your account. If you pick a folder instead, it can reach only that folder. Your clips go to your account under your control, and we have no access to any of it. Deleting your Vichaksh account does not delete what is already in your own cloud — that is yours to remove. Why we are allowed to hold itहमें इसे रखने का आधार
We hold account details because you asked for an account, and to provide what the app promises. Testing data is collected with your agreement as a tester, and you may withdraw by writing to us or by uninstalling the testing build. खाते का विवरण हम इसलिए रखते हैं क्योंकि आपने खाता बनाने को कहा, और ताकि ऐप अपना वादा निभा सके। परीक्षण का डेटा परीक्षक के रूप में आपकी सहमति से लिया जाता है, और आप हमें लिखकर या परीक्षण बिल्ड हटाकर सहमति वापस ले सकते हैं।

Your rightsआपके अधिकार
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and delete it. Deletion is in the app under Settings → Account → Delete this account, and takes effect at once. You can also write to admin@vichaksh.com, or use the deletion page. आप पूछ सकते हैं कि हमारे पास आपका क्या है, उसे सुधरवा सकते हैं, और मिटा सकते हैं। मिटाने का विकल्प ऐप में सेटिंग्स → खाता → खाता मिटाएँ में है और तुरंत लागू होता है। आप admin@vichaksh.com पर भी लिख सकते हैं, या इस पृष्ठ का उपयोग कर सकते हैं।
Childrenबच्चे
Vichaksh is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly hold an account for one. विचक्ष बच्चों के लिए नहीं है, और हम जानबूझकर किसी बच्चे का खाता नहीं रखते।
Recording other peopleदूसरों की रिकॉर्डिंग
A dashcam records people, vehicles and conversations. What you may record, and especially what you may record in sound, differs from place to place. That responsibility is yours — which is why sound can be switched off, and why the app says so where the setting is. डैशकैम लोगों, वाहनों और बातचीत को रिकॉर्ड करता है। आप क्या रिकॉर्ड कर सकते हैं — और ख़ासकर ध्वनि में क्या — यह जगह-जगह अलग होता है। यह ज़िम्मेदारी आपकी है; इसीलिए ध्वनि बंद की जा सकती है, और सेटिंग के साथ यह बात लिखी भी है।
Changesबदलाव
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, the app will say so before the change applies, rather than quietly updating this page. यदि इस नीति में ऐसा बदलाव हो जो आप पर असर डाले, तो लागू होने से पहले ऐप आपको बताएगा — यह पृष्ठ चुपचाप नहीं बदला जाएगा।
