It is a camera, not a safety serviceयह कैमरा है, सुरक्षा सेवा नहीं
Vichaksh records; it does not call anybody, monitor you, or summon help. The emergency feature opens your own phone's dialler or messaging app with a message prepared — you send it. Nothing is sent on your behalf. विचक्ष रिकॉर्ड करता है; यह न किसी को कॉल करता है, न आप पर निगरानी रखता है, न मदद बुलाता है। आपातकालीन सुविधा आपके ही फ़ोन का डायलर या संदेश ऐप, तैयार संदेश के साथ, खोल देती है — भेजते आप हैं। आपकी ओर से कुछ भी अपने आप नहीं भेजा जाता।
What we cannot promiseहम क्या वादा नहीं कर सकते
The app runs on your phone, using its camera, storage and battery, under an operating system that may stop it to save power. We work hard to make recording dependable and to tell you when it is not — but we cannot guarantee that any particular moment will be recorded, kept, or recoverable. Do not rely on Vichaksh as your only record of something important. ऐप आपके फ़ोन पर, उसके कैमरे, संग्रहण और बैटरी के सहारे चलता है, और ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम बिजली बचाने के लिए उसे रोक सकता है। हम रिकॉर्डिंग को भरोसेमंद बनाने और गड़बड़ी होने पर आपको बताने की पूरी कोशिश करते हैं — पर यह गारंटी नहीं दे सकते कि कोई ख़ास क्षण रिकॉर्ड होगा, बचा रहेगा या वापस मिलेगा। किसी महत्वपूर्ण बात के एकमात्र प्रमाण के रूप में विचक्ष पर निर्भर न रहें।
Your responsibilitiesआपकी ज़िम्मेदारियाँ
- Mount the phone so it does not obstruct your view or break local law.फ़ोन ऐसे लगाएँ कि दृश्य न रुके और स्थानीय क़ानून का उल्लंघन न हो।
- Do not operate the app while driving.गाड़ी चलाते समय ऐप न चलाएँ।
- Follow the law where you are about recording video and sound, and about sharing it.वीडियो और ध्वनि रिकॉर्ड करने तथा उन्हें साझा करने के बारे में अपने क्षेत्र का क़ानून मानें।
- Keep your account details to yourself.अपने खाते का विवरण अपने पास रखें।
Your footage is yoursआपकी रिकॉर्डिंग आपकी है
We claim no rights over anything you record. We do not receive it and cannot use it. आपकी रिकॉर्डिंग पर हम कोई अधिकार नहीं जताते। वह हमें मिलती ही नहीं, इसलिए उसका उपयोग हम कर भी नहीं सकते।
Accounts we may closeखाते जो बंद किए जा सकते हैं
An account may be disabled for misuse — attacking the service, or using it to harm somebody. Disabling withholds backup, sync and paid features. It does not stop your camera recording, and it does not touch footage already on your phone. दुरुपयोग पर खाता निष्क्रिय किया जा सकता है — सेवा पर हमला, या किसी को नुक़सान पहुँचाने के लिए उपयोग। निष्क्रिय होने पर बैकअप, सिंक और सशुल्क सुविधाएँ रुक जाती हैं। इससे आपका कैमरा रिकॉर्ड करना बंद नहीं करता, और आपके फ़ोन में मौजूद रिकॉर्डिंग को कुछ नहीं होता।
Paid featuresसशुल्क सुविधाएँ
There are none today. When there are, what is included and what it costs will be stated before you are asked to pay, and payment will be handled by Google Play under their refund rules. आज कोई नहीं है। जब होंगी, तो क्या शामिल है और क़ीमत कितनी है, यह भुगतान माँगने से पहले बताया जाएगा, और भुगतान Google Play के माध्यम से उनकी रिफ़ंड शर्तों के अनुसार होगा।
Lawक़ानून
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes belong to the courts there. ये शर्तें भारत के क़ानूनों से संचालित हैं, और विवाद वहीं के न्यायालयों के अधिकार क्षेत्र में आएँगे।
